Key Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy & Integrity: Enter, verify, and reconcile large volumes of data across multiple platforms, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track interval‑level volume trends, shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity metrics to spot patterns and recommend improvements.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain adherence to shift schedules, break windows, missed call thresholds, and maximum call limits to meet daily service level targets.
  • Metric Management: Manage core KPIs such as service levels, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, reporting daily and weekly trends to leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with reputed company Management (WFM) and Operations POCs to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements.
