  • Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data from a variety of sources into our internal databases and systems.
  • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure high-quality information.
  • Maintain and update existing records to reflect the most current information.
  • Organise and manage digital files and documents in a systematic manner.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested.
  • Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to our data security policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data workflows are streamlined and effective.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with data management software and databases.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
