Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at brighthush, you’ll be the frontline voice for our clients’ digital presence. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Live‑chat support Respond to real‑time inquiries on websites, social media platforms, and messaging apps. Social media engagement Manage and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly responses that reflect each brand’s tone of voice. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Track and document interactions in our CRM system to ensure continuity and data integrity. Share relevant product links, discount codes, and promotional offers when appropriate. Participate in weekly team huddles to share insights, challenges, and best practices. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
