Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat inquiries from customers on careeraxis’s client websites and social media channels.
  • Resolve support‑related questions, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users through product features.
  • Handle sales‑related inquiries, providing accurate product information and upselling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
