Position Overview We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, coverage, and related services. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required . We are looking for candidates with strong customer service experience who are comfortable using a computer and handling phone calls. What You’ll Do Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance Explain healthcare benefits, coverage, and eligibility Assist with physician look-up, authorizations, EOBs, customer materials, and status questions Research and resolve customer and provider questions Clearly explain information and next steps Make outbound calls and transfers as needed Follow established procedures and documentation requirements Resolve customer concerns accurately and completely Requirements 6 months of healthcare experience OR 1 year of strong customer service experience Strong phone and computer skills Experience solving customer questions or problems Strong verbal and written communication Comfortable handling frequent phone interactions Strong computer and problem-solving skills Preferred - Not Required Call center experience Healthcare experience Medicare/Medicaid experience Eligible States Applicants must currently reside in one of the following states Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
