Position Overview

You will engage callers who are considering canceling their arenaflex services, uncover the root causes of their concerns, and present tailored solutions that keep them protected while delivering measurable revenue growth.

This is a fully reputed company‑from‑anywhere opportunity, with a brief, paid, on‑site training period in Wichita, KS (8‑12 weeks). After training, you will operate from the comfort of your own dedicated home office, using arenaflex’s state‑of‑the‑art platforms to deliver award‑winning service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retention Calls: Answer a high volume of inbound cancellation requests, listen actively, and diagnose the underlying issues.
