Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership – Build and nurture a high‑impact relationship with Costco’s senior leadership, ensuring arenaflex’s objectives align with Costco’s business goals.
  • Category Growth & Distribution – Identify and execute opportunities for category expansion, including new product introductions, display enhancements, and distribution gains.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with arenaflex’s Customer Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop integrated plans that meet Costco’s go‑to‑market requirements.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making – Leverage syndicated data, sales analytics, and market insights to shape pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies that maximize sales and market share.
  • Trade Investment Management – Own the end‑to‑end process for trade funds, including system input (TIM, Osprey), forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Contract & P&L Management – Negotiate and manage contractual terms, ensuring profitability and alignment with arenaflex’s financial targets.
  • Product & Promotion Execution – Oversee UPC setup, inventory management, and promotional execution to guarantee full‑line distribution and optimal shelf placement.

  • Proven track record in the grocery, drug, or mass‑retail channel, preferably with experience in the reputed company goods or nutrition space.
  • Strong understanding of category management, retail analytics, and trade‑investment tools (TIM, Osprey).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and margin growth.
