What You’ll Do

Connect with union members and credit union clients who requested information about available benefits

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom

Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally

Guide individuals through the enrollment process step-by-step

Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Provide responsive follow-up and ongoing client support

Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings

Build strong professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
