Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
  • Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
  • Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management review.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee compensation and tax filings.
  • Reconcile other accounts periodically to ensure data consistency across all financial systems and records.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with familiarity in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll procedures, and financial reporting standards.
  • Skilled in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
