We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive

Remote Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing information, and communicating effectively with team members and external contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to managers and team members.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, messages, and routine requests.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and update documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate tasks, information, and follow-ups between team members.
  • Track deadlines, assignments, and pending activities.
  • Assist with research, data collection, and preparation of information when required.
  • Support internal projects and administrative processes.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, invoices, or other administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external contacts.
  • Identify administrative issues and help implement practical solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company and business information.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
