Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales and business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads from our CRM, building rapport, and scheduling showroom visits across the United States. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home while directly impacting company growth and sales success.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads from the CRM through phone, email, and SMS outreach.

Educate potential customers on product offerings and showroom experience, creating interest and excitement.

Schedule showroom appointments for prospective buyers, ensuring accurate handoff to sales consultants.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments in the CRM.

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume, conversions, and scheduled visits.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to in-person appointment.

Continuously improve lead engagement strategies through feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

3+ year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, call center, or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with persistence and professionalism.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail when entering notes and scheduling appointments.

Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems, email communication, and scheduling tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Experience in the hot tub, spa, or home improvement industry is a plus but not required.
