Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an RCIC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex immigration processes, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations. Your expertise will help individuals and families realize their dreams of living, working, or studying in Canada. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to clients regarding Canadian immigration pathways, including permanent residence, work permits, study permits, and temporary visas.
  • Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive immigration applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to current regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes to Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance.
  • Maintain detailed case files and documentation for each client, tracking application statuses and follow-up actions diligently.
  • Communicate effectively with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
  • Conduct initial consultations to assess client eligibility and explain the immigration process clearly and transparently.
  • Assist clients with preparing supporting documents, completing forms, and understanding legal obligations related to their applications.

Experience

  • Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
  • Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of immigration cases with a high success rate.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, procedures, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with immigration software tools and case management systems is preferred.
