CBI Home Health is seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to join their skilled team in the Durham region, Ontario. Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic, person-centered care in a neighborhood care model.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse/ Registered Practical Nurse (RN/ RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
  • Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening within the past 12 months.
  • Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO).
  • Ability to travel from home to home within the community.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle, and car insurance are required for this role.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset.
