Position Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite)
Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Role Overview
Our client is a well-established healthcare organization in Toronto seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patients, monitor conditions, and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
* Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures as prescribed.
* Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and clinical information.
* Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with patient care and procedures.
* Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations.
* Educate patients and families on treatment, medication, and ongoing care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
* Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care.
* Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive clinical environment.
Required Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
* Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required.
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licence to practise in Ontario.
* Clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
* Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
* Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and nursing procedures.
* Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Good to Have
* Experience in acute care, emergency, medical-surgical, ICU, or long-term care.
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
* Additional nursing certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or relevant specialty training.
* Previous experience working within the Canadian healthcare system.
