Compliance & Quality Assurance - Regulatory Excellence - Ensure compliance with Maryland, District of Columbia, and applicable regulatory requirements. - Maintain adherence to company policies and clinical standards. - Clinical Documentation - Complete and maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. - Ensure timely and compliant reporting. - Quality Improvement - Participate in quality initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings. - Help drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and service delivery.
