Regional Business Manager – Specialty Care, Internal Medicine

Job Description:

  • Lead deployment of people, resources, and investments across Ontario Central/East
  • Maximize patient impact, revenue, and profitability for Pfizer Specialty Care & Internal Medicine
  • Provide commercial leadership as a member of the SCIM Sales Leadership Team
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive cross-functional execution aligned to national strategy
  • Deliver regional sales results and maximize profitability
  • Develop and execute local business plans and customer plans
  • Drive adoption of IDM core standards across engagement stages
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual coaching
  • Lead cross-functional and omnichannel execution
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Head Office on brand strategies and initiatives
  • Generate local insights for cross-functional partners
  • Lead customer-facing activities with strategic customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with influential local stakeholders
  • Ensure direct-report engagement and development
  • Maintain compliance across commercial activities
  • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or key account management
  • Experience ideally within specialty care and/or internal medicine
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional business plans in complex environments
  • Strong people and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Coaching, collaboration, and change-management abilities
  • Deep customer and healthcare ecosystem understanding
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders
  • Patient-centric mindset
  • Advanced spoken and written English required
  • Bilingual English and French
  • Relevant university degree in business, science, or a related field
  • Field-based role with up to 60% travel in territory
