About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist and Administrative Support professional to join their team, initially on a part-time basis, with the potential for hybrid work in Winnipeg, Manitoba . This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the reception area and providing crucial administrative assistance to the team. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to creating a positive and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and take messages accurately. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Provide administrative support, including data entry, document scanning, and filing. Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area and common spaces. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is highly desirable. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and word processing.
