Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Overview

Dedicated Administrative Assistant required for busy solo agent. This is NOT a team environment, you will work 1 on 1 to fully support a female agent's administrative needs. In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, supporting agents and clients alike with a proactive approach.

Your enthusiasm and multitasking abilities will help streamline processes, manage documentation, and foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize property listings, contracts, and client files with precision and attention to detail
  • Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials, social media updates, and open house schedules
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, correspondence, and administrative documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles within real estate or property management environments OR for the right applicant with basic computer skills and excellent communication, full training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance property visibility
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
