Rapid Response Field Case Worker/ Case Manager

Position Summary

The Baptiste Group, LLC (TBG) is seeking dependable, professional, highly motivated, and travel-ready individuals to join our non- clinical Rapid Response Field Case Worker Team. This position supports nationwide field operations and requires employees to deploy to designated locations throughout the United States for approximately 60-90 consecutive days based on operational needs. Rapid Response Field Case Workers are responsible for conducting assigned site visits, wellness checks, address and location verification, and other field-related activities while maintaining accurate and timely case documentation. This position is ideal for professionals who are comfortable traveling extensively, working independently, managing a high-volume caseload, and completing mission-driven assignments in changing environments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct assigned in-person site visits and wellness checks.
  • Verify assigned residential addresses, locations, and other case-related information.
  • Professionally interact with individuals associated with assigned cases.
  • Observe and document relevant information obtained during field activities.
  • Accurately document completed and attempted field visits.
  • Complete required electronic case documentation within established timeframes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriately safeguard sensitive case information.
  • Manage assigned caseloads efficiently and prioritize work based on operational requirements.
  • Plan and organize efficient daily travel routes.
  • Travel between multiple assigned locations within designated geographic areas.
  • Maintain regular communication with TBG operations, supervisors, and case-management personnel
  • Follow TBG policies, standard operating procedures, safety requirements, quality-control standards, and applicable client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding field activity, travel, and case outcomes.
  • Adjust routes and work priorities as operational needs change.
  • Accept reassignment to other cities, states, or geographic regions when required.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework or a degree in human services, social services, criminal justice, public administration, psychology, sociology, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in case management, field services, social services, investigations, community outreach, compliance, inspections, or related work preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Professional judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to use smartphones, GPS/navigation applications, email, and electronic case-management systems.
  • Ability to accurately document case activity and field outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Government, nonprofit, healthcare, legal, or contract experience
  • Experience conducting interviews or reviewing case documentation
  • Experience with compliance or QA processes
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required


Compensation and Deployment Benefits

TBG offers a competitive compensation structure designed for extended rapid-response field assignments. Compensation and deployment benefits may include:

Weekly pay.

Competitive deployment compensation.

Performance-based productivity incentives.

Approved lodging during deployment.

Approved airfare and transportation expenses.

Mileage reimbursement when applicable.

Approved deployment-related travel expenses.

Opportunities for consecutive 60-90-day deployments.

Priority consideration for future assignments based on performance and operational needs.

Productivity incentives may be based on verified completed work, documentation quality, timeliness, productivity, and achievement of established performance standards.

All completed work is subject to TBG's verification and quality-control process before applicable productivity incentives are finalized.

Final compensation, incentive terms, travel reimbursement, employment classification, and deployment requirements will be outlined in the applicable written offer or deployment agreement
