What will you do:
- Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive, and timely quotations for motor starters, control panels, and integrated electrical systems
- Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, and commercial requirements to define full scope of supply
- Ensure all quotations comply with applicable technical standards, internal policies, and margin expectations
- Collaborate with Engineering to propose value‑engineered and optimized technical solutions
- Support Sales with technical explanations, pricing rationale, and scope clarifications
- Participate in customer discussions related to quotation assumptions, alternatives, and clarifications as required
- Maintain quotation documentation, assumptions, and approval records
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in quotation, estimating, or technical sales support within an industrial or electrical manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with engineering‑to‑order or project‑based electrical solutions
- Strong knowledge of motor starters, MCCs, control panels, VFDs, and low‑voltage power distribution
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, specifications, customer RFQs, and BOMs
- Working knowledge of CSA, UL, IEC, and NEC standards and their commercial impact
- Ability to identify technical risks and compliance requirements early in the quotation phase
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑value quotations with margin accountability
- Customer‑focused, strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken is preferred
