As our first Public Relations hire you would take ownership of building, leading, and scaling our Public Relations efforts to achieve earned media in reputable publications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop public relations strategy.Execute on public relations strategy.Allocate public relations budget between agencies, freelancers, and internal hires.Write press releases.Perform direct media outreach and develop relationships with key journalists, editors, and bloggers.Work internally with other teams in the company to uncover and create newsworthy stories.5+ years in B2B public relations, ideally in SaaS or technology companies.Experience working in or with rapidly growing small companies.Proven success in achieving high-quality press coverage.Ability to regularly work during US business hours.Willing to wear many hats and adapt as the company grows.Experience in industries related to SEO, AI, or search engines in general would be a plus.SerpApi has been created by engineers for engineers.
