<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Project Manager – Retail / In-Store Marketing<br><br><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $35–$40/hour<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead the development and execution of in-store signage, retail marketing assets, and campaign deliverables within a fast-paced retail environment.<br><br>This role will manage projects from initial briefing through creative production, print execution, distribution, and in-store delivery while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br><ul><li>Manage retail marketing and in-store signage projects from briefing through final delivery. </li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, approvals, and deliverables. </li><li>Coordinate with creative, marketing, account, production, and other cross-functional teams. </li><li>Manage external print, fabrication, fulfillment, and distribution vendors. </li><li>Ensure artwork and campaign materials meet brand, production, and retail specifications. </li><li>Oversee print production, quantities, specifications, inventory, shipping, and distribution timelines. </li><li>Proactively identify and resolve production, logistics, inventory, or delivery issues. </li><li>Manage multiple high-volume campaigns and competing deadlines simultaneously. </li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. <br><br></li></ul>What We’re Looking For<br><br><ul><li>Experience in project management within retail marketing, shopper marketing, creative production, or print production. </li><li>Strong understanding of in-store signage, POS materials, print production, fulfillment, and distribution logistics. </li><li>Experience managing high-volume retail campaigns with multiple deliverables. </li><li>Experience working with external production vendors and internal creative teams. </li><li>Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.</li></ul>
