Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, youll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking experienced creative production, studio operations, project management, and design operations professionals to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position. You will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Rate: $65/hour

Project Summary:

Support the evaluation of AI systems used in creative production and design operations. Contributors review campaign records, asset provenance documentation, accessibility findings, handoff packages, and project status materials to determine whether conclusions are supported by the provided evidence. The work emphasizes documentation review, record reconciliation, and evidence-based professional judgment within established production governance processes.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants are paid on a per-project basis, with hourly rates estimated from anticipated completion times. Consultants set their own schedules, use their own tools, and may provide services to other organizations concurrently.

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

  • Review creative production, campaign, and project documentation
  • Evaluate asset provenance, accessibility, localization, and handoff records
  • Assess whether conclusions are supported by documented evidence
  • Reconcile information across project records and supporting materials
  • Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and unsupported assertions
  • Apply creative production and operational governance best practices during review
  • Produce clear, professional written assessments in English

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Creative Operations
  • Studio Operations

  • Marketing Operations
  • Content Governance
  • Experience managing campaign workflows, creative reviews, approvals, or asset delivery processes
  • Familiarity with creative production lifecycle and operational best practices
  • Ability to make evidence-based professional judgments
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience working with creative project management, DAM, accessibility, localization, or collaboration platforms is a plus
