Role Summary: Acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to operate conventional or automated production machines; Ensure preparations and start-up of production; Perform preventive maintenance on the machine(s) for which they are responsible; Gain experience in the aerospace industry; Have the ability to manage production pace on multiple equipment simultaneously; Adhere to the company's pre-established quality standards by performing all required procedures. Required Qualifications: Possess a high school diploma (DES) or an equivalent certificate or a relevant vocational diploma combined with experience in a related field; Be available to work evenings, nights, and overtime as needed; Have a strong ability to work in a team, be versatile, and have a sense of initiative; Ability to adapt to changes; Discipline, rigor; Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a technical position. Desired Qualifications: Experience with CNC machines; Aptitude for working with measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers; Work experience in a relevant field: aerospace, metal processing, machining high-precision parts according to aerospace sector requirements.
