The Opportunity

As a Production Associate, you play a hands-on role in bringing our products to life. Working across the Assembly Department, you'll assemble components and products, operate tools and equipment, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently.

It's a role for someone who's reliable, takes pride in doing quality work, and is ready to pitch in wherever the team needs support.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble parts, components, and products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate or assist with tools and equipment used in assembly processes.
  • Prepare materials and components for assembly and production operations.
  • Perform material handling and part preparation duties.
  • Inspect completed work with care and precision to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through, raising and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Support department workflow and production efficiency.
  • Support fellow team members and pitch in to help overcome challenges, big or small.
  • Provide general labour support across assembly and manufacturing areas as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience considered an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.

Working Environment

  • Manufacturing and production floor environment.
  • Exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement required throughout the shift.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
