Salaire : jusqu'à 19 $ / h Lieu de travail : À distance Localisation : Saint-Charles-Borromée, QC Nous recrutons une agente dédiée à la prise de rendez-vous et à la relance client au département de service dans le secteur automobile, pour un poste en télétravail pour les résidents du Québec et un statut de travail valide requis. Vous serez un maillon essentiel de la relation avec nos clients, chargé(e) d’assurer un suivi efficace et d’offrir une expérience professionnelle et chaleureuse à chaque interaction. Responsabilités quotidiennes - Accueillir et guider les clients: répondre aux appels entrants avec empathie et professionnalisme. - Effectuer des suivis: passer des appels sortants pour offrir un service attentionné et personnalisé, planifier et relancer les rendez-vous selon les besoins. - Collaborer: travailler au sein d’une équipe stimulante où l’entraide est au cœur des journées. Profil recherché - Autonome et esprit d’équipe; proactif(-ive); débrouillard(-e); positivisme; professionnalisme. - Bilingue (français / anglais); à l’aise au téléphone et avec les outils informatiques. - Aisance naturelle au téléphone et excellente écoute. - Expérience minimale d’un an dans un poste similaire ou en service à la clientèle téléphonique. Ce qui fera la différence - Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à proposer des solutions. - Orientation service client et sens du contact humain. - Résolution de problèmes et maintien d’une communication positive avec les clients.
