Job Overview

We, a busy store fixture manufacturing company in Mississauga, is looking for an experienced Powder Painter to join their production team. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable individual who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate powder coating spray equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up and adjust air pressure and powder flow on spray guns for optimal application.
  • Apply powder coating to parts on a moving conveyor paint line.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous powder coating or powder painting experience is required.
  • Ability to consistently produce a high-quality finish.
  • Experience adjusting paint gun settings and pressure controls.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with a moving conveyor system.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Safety Requirements

  • Safety shoes and a protective mask are required.
  • Safety glasses and coveralls will be provided by the employer.
  • Candidates must supply their own safety shoes and mask.
