We’re hiring Pharmacists to serve remote and northern communities across Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories . This is a relocation-based opportunity, with full financial and logistical support provided by The North West Company (NWC).

Your Impact
As a Pharmacist in one of our retail pharmacies, you’ll deliver essential patient care services in an environment where your presence truly matters.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and professional services
  • Provide patient-centered care while collaborating with local healthcare teams
  • Lead, support, and develop your pharmacy team
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare centers, clinics, and community partners
  • Ensure NIHB claims and provincial guidelines are met
  • Embrace community education and outreach as part of your pharmacy role

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Active license with the relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in rural/remote settings
  • Experience with pharmacy software (Kroll experience is a plus)
  • A genuine passion for helping underserved communities thrive
