Personal Trainer/Instructor and gym attendant

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness while providing exceptional customer service. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging fitness classes, educate clients on exercise techniques, and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others through leadership.

Duties

  • Conduct group fitness classes that cater to various skill levels and interests.
  • Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients in achieving their fitness objectives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area and equipment.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance class offerings.
  • Operate point of sale systems and help guests with purchasing memberships, classes and other products

Qualifications

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification
  • First aid certification
  • Proven experience in a fitness instructor role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
