Performance Marketing (Lead Gen)

We’re looking for a fractional growth partner to help us turn LinkedIn and outbound into a consistent source of qualified conversations and pipeline. This is a hands-on, revenue-adjacent role within a founder-led executive search business. You’ll shape how we show up in the market and directly influence the conversations that turn into clients.

What you’ll do

Own LinkedIn as a core growth channel (founder + company presence)

Build and run outbound systems that generate real conversations

Identify and prioritize high-value founder-led companies

Turn positioning into clear, high-conversion messaging and content

Test and refine outreach and content weekly based on what’s actually working

Track what matters: replies, meetings, and pipeline impact

What success looks like

Consistent flow of qualified leads from LinkedIn and outbound

Measurable lift in response rates and booked meetings A repeatable system that reliably generates pipeline

Clear connection between activity and revenue outcomes

What we’re looking for

Someone who has a track record of generating B2B leads or pipeline (not just engagement)

Sharp writing skills that feel human, direct and unforced

Comfort owning outcomes tied to conversations and revenue, not vanity metrics

This won’t work if

You optimize for impressions, followers, or “brand awareness”

You’ve never owned pipeline outcomes

You need heavy direction on messaging or execution

Only considering candidates based in Canada.
