Inkblot is growing fast and we are currently looking for a conscientious and process-oriented People & Culture Generalist who is passionate about improving the mental health of employees and the organizations in which they work.
As the People & Culture Generalist, you will focus primarily on Talent Acquisition and People Operations
Within Talent Acquisition:
- Handle the full cycle recruitment process (including robust intake, helping with job posting writing, and creative sourcing strategies)
- Screen candidates and short-listing for managers
- Sit in on interviews as required
- Manage our ATS- Applicant Tracking System (Humi/Lever)
- Provide interview coaching & training for interviewers
- Proactively source to create diverse talent pipelines and applicant pool
Within People Operations
- Manage the HRIS- Humi to have accurate and up to date data.
- Executing offer packages, with any non-standard pieces determined in consultation with manager
- Create Independent contractor agreements
- Be our subject matter expert on all things Benefits related
- Liaise with Finance on all matters involving payroll or benefits
- Support managers in new hire on-boarding and participate in the orientation process, constantly refining manager guide to onboarding
- Create and coordinate Inkblot company orientation program and materials in collaboration with other team members
- Update Notion with HR-related company policies and process to serve as our Intranet
- Collaborate with People & Culture Director on ad hoc project and program management and other support when capacity permits
What you’ll need
- At least three years’ experience in an HR Operations (eg. HR Coordinator) or Recruitment role (ideally experience in both domains)
- Good understanding of general HR domains and employment law
- Understanding of what makes a robust, effective and equitable recruitment process
- Process-oriented - skilled at designing, communicating and continually refining processes
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Keenly oriented towards designing and delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences
- CHRP in progress would be an asset
