Payroll Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerks to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our system. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Input data into various databases and systems with precision and speed.
  • Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from various sources.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy before entry into systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding data management and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative tasks in an office setting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work output.
  • Strong communication skills
