Partner Manager, Restaurants
What You'll Do
Partner with our Ads and Delivery teams to develop and run advertising strategies that deliver on our restaurant partners' needs and exceed revenue and quarterly growth goals
Build relationships with key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges, proactively recommending revenue-generating solutions that support them
Collaborate cross-functionally across a matrixed organization, aligning internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Delivery) to execute seamless client strategies
Join internal kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss sophisticated executions
Proactively monitor campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate, and resolve issues
Coordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all partners
Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive increased account investment and business expansion by delivering data-backed insights and recommendations
Bring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners
Be the voice of the customer and effectively communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams
Drive initiatives. You will help build standard process playbooks across our Ads team to drive adoption for our restaurant partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience, preferably in performance advertising, account management, or client revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling large-scale ads campaigns, driving revenue retention/expansion, and partnering with large, sophisticated brands
Performance media and/or experience working within the Restaurant vertical
Ability to flex your analytical skills and use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem solving skills
Speed, resourcefulness, and a go get it mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity

For Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD $141,429 - CAD $157,143. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD $99,000 per year - CAD $110,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of CAD $42,429 - CAD $47,143.
