Team members contribute to creating safer environments through targeted, high-quality security education and guidance.<br><br><strong>Role Description</strong> The Part-Time Training Assistant will support the delivery of security training programs and day-to-day training operations. This is a partl-time, hybrid role based in Montego Bay, where the Training Assistant will help prepare training materials, set up classrooms or training areas, and assist trainers during sessions. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining training records, and providing clear information to participants before, during, and after training. The Training Assistant will also respond to participant inquiries, help with logistics, and ensure a professional and organized training environment.<br><strong><br>Qualifications<br></strong>*5 CXC/CSEC subjects, preferably including English Language.<br>*PSRA-certified security officer or equivalent recognized security qualification.<br>*At least 2–3 years' experience in the private security industry.<br>*Experience in security operations, preferably supervisory experience.<br>*Good communication and presentation skills.<br>*Basic computer skills — Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Zoom/Google Meet, etc.<br>*Ability to prepare training materials, attendance records and basic reports.<br>*Professional appearance, punctuality and good interpersonal skills.<br>*Clean disciplinary/employment record and demonstrable integrity.<br>*Laptop & reliable internet
