Part Time Team Lead - Scarborough Town Centre

Role Overview:

With enthusiasm for our brand, you will support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence, driving strong sales results, and creating engaging customer experiences.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently & effectively, sharing feedback with Store Management team as needed
  • Problem solve effectively & proactively using available resources and guidance from Store Management team
  • Creatively support visual merchandising, inventory management, store cleanliness, and other store operations as needed
  • Communicate effectively and act as a flexible & responsible role model to your team
  • Develop customer loyalty by leveraging knowledge of our products, the beauty market, and trends in the beauty industry
  • Shape a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive customer engagement through storytelling, product demonstration, and bringing our brand to life
  • Meet sales & performance targets
  • Support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants


Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine passion for the retail beauty industry
  • Ability to communicate & listen effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers & provide appropriate solutions to customer needs
  • A positive mindset with the willingness to continuously develop yourself and your teammates
  • Ability to proactively manage time, multi-task, while working independently with minimal direction


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required
