About Group Programs and Tutoring (Teens)Our Group Programs and Tutoring is a fun, engaging group program for teens that focuses on social, emotional, and recreational growth. Participants enjoy structured activities designed to build communication, teamwork, confidence, and life skills, all in a safe and supportive environment. As a Group Staff member, you’ll guide activities, support learning, and celebrate every success along the way.

Position SummaryWe’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and energetic staff to join our team. Reporting to Senior Staff and Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs), you’ll assist with group activities, monitor engagement, and help teens achieve their program goals. If you enjoy making a positive impact, solving challenges creatively, and celebrating small wins, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teen participants during structured and recreational activities
  • Observe, document, and report participant engagement and progress
  • Assist in preparing fun and educational materials for sessions
  • Communicate updates to Senior Staff and parents/guardians
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
  • Attend training and professional development opportunities
  • Comfortable leading a small group

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education or experience in a related field (Psychology, Autism and Behavioural Sciences, Education, Social Work)
  • Experience working with teens in structured settings preferred
  • Knowledge of or experience with ABA strategies
  • Calm, adaptable, and confident working with multiple participants
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) required
