About the Role We are looking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of our Virtual Patient Care platform. You will be in charge of ensuring that our patients have the best experience reputed company as they enter our virtual platform. This will entail answering patient questions and concerns, as well as serving as a liaison between our patients and reputed company clinicians.
