Job Description:

  • Delivering individual psychotherapy using modalities such as **CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or Mindfulness-Based Approaches**.
  • Completing clear, timely, and organized clinical documentation—including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Upholding ethical and professional standards as outlined by the **College of Registered Psychotherapists of New Brunswick**
  • Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic goals that promote resilience, recovery, and functional improvement.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and consultation to maintain best practices and evidence-informed care.

Requirements:

  • **For Psychotherapists:** Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the **College of Registered Psychotherapists **, in good standing.
  • Minimum **3–5 years of clinical experience** in mental health; experience with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or Veteran populations is an asset.
  • Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches, or EMDR considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professional care.
