This role also drives reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.<br><br><strong>Your role in our mission<br><br></strong>The Operations Support Specialist has responsibility for supporting the production of alternate format beneficiary correspondence.<br><br><ul><li>Manual validation and transmit of print jobs using designated file transfer methods and systems to internal and external print vendors. Ensures all jobs are completed according to established deadlines. </li><li>Vendor interface for any issues with jobs sent over for processing and completion. </li><li>Manual tracking of all daily jobs and volumes, including letter type. </li><li>Ensure Operating Procedure Manuals are updated as required. </li><li>Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impacts. </li><li>Identify and escalate file, data, or production issues that may impact quality or delivery. </li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution and solution implementation activities. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools</li><li>Strong analytical and business process skills</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Knowledge of CRM – system navigation and usage</li><li>Ability to create and maintain documentation</li><li>Reliable and accountable, someone who shows up, stays engaged, and delivers consistently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>Able to work independently and in team environments<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Should Expect In This Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>This is an On-site/Office environment at West Sacramento, CA</li><li>Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The deadline to submit applications for this posting is October 2, 2026<br><br></li></ul>The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 - $63,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
