Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction office, ensuring efficiency and organization in all administrative processes
  • Lead project management activities by coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation to meet project milestones
  • Supervise office staff and subcontractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and enhance overall productivity
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives
  • Oversee procurement activities, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships for smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and company policies across all operational activities
