The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll support customers from their first inquiry to post-move follow-ups. • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in our systems
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to draft communications, summarize interactions, and streamline workflows
  • Deliver a consistently positive, customer-first experience
  • Support daily operations and team workflows as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (service-based industry preferred)
  • Comfortable handling high-volume calls and messages
  • Calm, empathetic approach with strong problem-solving instincts
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • AI-fluent — you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools regularly and understand how to apply them practically
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities
