Online Live Chat Assistant (Entry Level / Immediate Start)

In this position, you'll deliver outstanding support to customers via live chat across our website and social channels. Day-to-day, you'll handle customer questions, distribute promotional offers and product links, and create positive interactions that keep our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming live chat requests with speed and accuracy, addressing what customers need.
  • Share promotional links and special offers to enhance the customer journey.

  • Operate autonomously while adhering to established procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Access to a working device such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet capable of connecting to chat platforms and websites.
  • Capacity to manage your responsibilities independently while maintaining quality service standards.
  • Meticulous approach and dedication to following company guidelines.
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours weekly, with potential to reach 40 hours per week.
  • Stable, dependable internet access throughout your shifts.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Location: Work from anywhere with internet (US-based applicants encouraged).
