Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Building Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are hygienic, safe, and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
  • Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to meet health and safety standards
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies are low
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work
  • Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required

Skills

  • Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic maintenance tasks is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
