You’ll offer virtual care, providing informed medical advice backed by our medical team, while delivering compassionate education and creating personalized care plans tailored to each woman's unique needs. Collaborating with nurse practitioners, doctors, and health coaches, you’ll implement practices based on the latest scientific data. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in our mission and contribute to the evolution of women’s health in a dynamic and growing environment.</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li><span>Officially oversee the care of all clients in collaboration with the coach.</span></li><li><span>Conduct virtual medical assessments and evaluate symptoms reported by clients.</span></li><li><span>Develop and adjust personalized care plans, including medical recommendations.</span></li><li><span>Act as the medical point of contact for escalated client needs or questions. Escalate any situations that are outside of your expertise.</span></li><li><span>Conduct follow-ups when medication is prescribed.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate closely with NPs and MDs on lab tests, exams, and prescribed medications.</span></li><li><span>Support and provide education to coaches, ensuring they understand the care plans and interventions.</span></li><li><span>Keep the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) updated with all client information, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.</span></li><li><span>Provide empathetic virtual care on menopause, hormone therapy, nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness for mid-life women.</span></li><li><span>Maintain the highest standards of care.</span></li><li><span>Empower and educate women.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to the creation of impactful resources designed to support our clients effectively.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Bilingual (French and English) required.</strong></li><li><strong>QC license required, with additional ON license preferred: </strong><span> If you do not currently hold an Ontario license, you must be willing to apply. </span></li><li><strong>Clinical Expertise: </strong><span>You are a registered nurse with specialized experience in women’s health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, with a focus on supporting women through peri- to post-menopause.</span></li><li><strong>Certification or Training</strong><span>: Basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology. Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques. Additional Menopause Certification preferred.</span></li><li><strong>Attention to Detail: </strong><span>You are thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation, ensuring every aspect of care is recorded in the EMR.</span></li><li><strong>Strong Communicator</strong><span>: You can explain complex medical information to both clients and coaches clearly, making sure everyone is on the same page.</span></li><li><strong>Collaborative Leader: </strong><span>You are comfortable working closely with Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, and coaches, providing medical oversight and direction.
