Job Description

About the Role The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.

In this hands‑on role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.

Compensation:

  • $28.26-29.61/hr starting wage (pay increase after probation)
  • Additional pay premium based on shift
  • Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

  • Address: 2-559 Annance Ct, Delta, BC V3M 6Y8
  • Sunday to Thursday
  • Shifts available: Night(11pm-7am) (subject to change based on business needs)
  • Full-time, Permanent

What we need from you?
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • 1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping or similar experience (required)
  • 1-3 years of power tools experience (required)
  • Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred)
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 70lbs
  • Ability to work in a team setting
