This isnt your average security gigour officers serve as the frontline of safety, working independently in the field and maintaining a visible, professional presence. Your mission: help ensure a safe, secure environment for our clients, protect property, and respond to incidents with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Perform proactive patrols (vehicle and foot) of designated properties and routes Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control points Respond to suspicious activity and remove trespassers when necessary Communicate clearly with law enforcement and emergency services as needed Accurately document patrols, incidents, and observations in real-time Uphold the highest standards of conduct and professionalism at all times Qualifications: Required: Current California BSIS Guard Card Required: California BSIS Firearms Permit Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred High school diploma or GED Proficient with computers and mobile reporting tools Strong understanding of public safety procedures Excellent report writing and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent situational awareness Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure If you're a self-starter with a passion for safety and a professional mindset, wed love to hear from you.
