Key Responsibilities

As a Video Game Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first line of defense for our global player base. Your primary focus will be email support via reputed company, handling high‑volume tickets with speed, accuracy, and empathy.

  • Account & Platform Ticket Management: Resolve general troubleshooting queries related to account login, password resets, subscription status, and platform compatibility.
  • “How do I…” Guidance: Provide clear, step‑by‑step instructions for common player questions.
  • Promotional & Bundle Information: Educate players on current promotions, bundles, and in‑game events.
  • Cross‑Training Opportunities: After mastering core tickets, you may transition into Technical Support, Gameplay, Social Media, or niche queues.
  • Quality & Productivity: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators such as handle time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
