We’re looking for a Field Account Executive to join our Hospitality Sales team in Montreal . In this role, you’ll own and grow your territory by building relationships with local restaurateurs and helping them modernize how they run their businesses with Lightspeed.

This is a highly field-driven sales role , where you’ll spend most of your time in your territory meeting restaurant owners, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Please note this role is based in Montreal, QC and requires regular travel across your assigned territory. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new restaurant customers
  • Build relationships with restaurateurs through daily in-person outreach and meetings
  • Run product demonstrations of Lightspeed’s hospitality platform in person and remotely
  • Identify business challenges and position Lightspeed as a solution to help restaurants grow
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local restaurant market and competitive landscape
  • Proactively prospect within your territory through in-person outreach, including visiting restaurants and building relationships with owners and operators
What You Need To Bring We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-activity, field sales environment and enjoys building relationships with local businesses. You May Be a Great Fit If You Have
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong prospecting and new business development skills
  • Experience working in field sales or meeting customers in person regularly
  • Confidence presenting and demonstrating solutions to business owners
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity
  • A self-driven mindset and the ability to manage your own territory
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • A reliable mode of transportation for traveling within your territory
  • Comfort working in a highly active field sales environment with significant in-person prospecting
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
