About the Role: You will provide expert clinical mental health nursing care and consultancy services that support recovery-focused outcomes across community, acute and rehabilitation settings. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will provide clinical leadership, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and support best practice through education, quality improvement and evidence-based care. You will also mentor and support multidisciplinary staff while contributing to the development of safe, innovative and consumer-centred mental health services. 937639 RN/M3 Role Description [ About You: * Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate. * Hold a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification. * Demonstrated expertise in mental health nursing practice and leadership within multidisciplinary settings. * Strong communication, problem-solving and change management skills with a commitment to consumer-centred care.
