Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented, motivated Medical Records Data Entry Specialist to join our Release of Information (ROI) team on an overnight schedule. This role is essential to the accurate preparation, verification, and digitization of medical records, supporting insurance claims, legal inquiries, and internal audits. Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation & Verification: Review incoming medical documents, verify completeness, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and arenaflex policies before processing.
  • Claims Coordination: Communicate professionally with insurance agents, beneficiaries, attorneys, patients, and hospital staff to gather required information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Data Entry & Database Management: Accurately enter claim details, policy information, and patient data into arenaflex’s secure database systems, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Scanning & Digital Conversion: Operate high‑volume scanners to convert hard‑copy records into high‑quality electronic images, following production procedures and quality‑control standards.
  • Clerical Support: Perform routine office tasks such as sorting, stapling removal, filing, and boxing of records while preserving original order and sequence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations, ensuring that all documentation meets legal and ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications
